Warranty Policy

GREEN HOME SOLUTIONS PTY LTD stands behind the quality of our work and the products we install.

1. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty covering the installation of your solar, battery, or EV system. This covers defects caused by poor installation practices, wiring, and roof mounts.

2. Product Warranties

Equipment is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranties:

• Solar Panels: Typically 15-25 years product warranty and 25 years performance warranty.
• Inverters: Typically 5-10 years.
• Batteries: Typically 10 years (e.g., Tesla, Sungrow).

3. Claims Process

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us immediately. As a CEC Accredited Installer, we will act on your behalf to process claims with the manufacturers.

4. Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by extreme weather (hail, floods), vandalism, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform basic maintenance.
