1. Service Agreement

By engaging GREEN HOME SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (ABN: 42 687 506 501), you agree to these terms. All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 10% is required to secure your installation date. Progress payments may be required for large commercial jobs. Full balance is due on the day of practical completion of the installation.

3. Cooling Off Period

Under Australian Consumer Law, if this agreement resulted from an unsolicited approach, you have a 10-business day cooling-off period during which you may cancel the contract without penalty.

4. Installation Process

We will make every effort to install on the agreed date. However, dates are subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and safe working conditions.

5. STCs (Small-scale Technology Certificates)

Unless otherwise stated, our quotes include an upfront discount equal to the value of the STCs. By accepting the quote, you agree to assign the STCs to us or our nominated agent.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
