Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and returns with GREEN HOME SOLUTIONS PTY LTD.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. Cancellation & Refunds before Installation

If you cancel within the legal cooling-off period, your full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel outside this period, we reserve the right to retain costs incurred (such as grid connection application fees or restocking fees).

3. Returns of Equipment

As solar systems and batteries are permanently installed fixtures, they cannot be 'returned' for a change of mind after installation. Faulty equipment will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and ACL.
