Hot water that uses less electricity.

Choose a heat pump around your household, not just a tank size.

Match the system to your household

We ask how many people live in the home and when you use hot water. Tank size, recovery time and the available installation space all matter. We also consider noise and airflow around the unit.

Check your current hot water

Replacing an electric tank is different from replacing a gas system. Plumbing, electrical supply and removal of the old unit affect the work required. We confirm the installation scope before quoting.

Plan around your solar

Where equipment and household needs allow, heating water during the day can use more of your solar. It does not mean hot water is free: tariffs, weather and the existing energy system affect running costs.

Keep incentives clear

A heat pump can be quoted separately or planned within Complete Home Electrification. NSW incentives depend on your existing system, selected equipment and current rules. We confirm eligibility and show eligible deductions separately, rather than promise a fixed rebate.

Questions homeowners ask

Can I add a heat pump later?

Yes. We can plan electrical capacity and placement as part of a staged home upgrade. The final choice should suit your household's hot water needs.

Is a heat pump suitable for every home?

Not always. Space, airflow, noise, plumbing and household demand need review. We explain alternatives if the proposed system is not a good fit.
