Delivery & Installation Policy

This policy outlines the delivery and installation process for services provided by GREEN HOME SOLUTIONS PTY LTD.

1. Ordering & Installation Timelines

Typical lead times for solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers, and heat pump installations are 2-4 weeks from the date of deposit payment, subject to equipment availability and weather conditions.

2. Installation Day

On the day of installation, our installation team will arrive at the scheduled time. They will conduct a safety assessment before commencing work. The homeowner or an authorized representative must be present to provide access to the property. Ask our team for the licence and accreditation details applicable to your installation.

3. What's Included

Your quote includes the delivery of all specified equipment, full installation by accredited professionals, electrical connections, testing, commissioning, and a handover demonstration of the new system. We also remove and recycle all packaging materials.

4. Delays

If we anticipate any delay in your installation, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new mutually convenient date. Delays out of our control (such as severe weather) will be rescheduled promptly.
