1. Definitions

Company: Refers to Green Home, ABN [Your ABN].

Customer: The individual or entity purchasing goods or services from the Company.

Products: Goods and services offered by the Company, including but not limited to solar panels, batteries, and installation services.

Contract: The agreement between the Company and the Customer for the supply of Products.

2. Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Contracts for the supply of Products by the Company to the Customer.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Installation and Delivery

The Company will provide estimated delivery and installation dates, which are subject to change.

The Customer must ensure that the premises are accessible and safe for installation.

5. Warranties and Liability

Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Government Rebates and Incentives

Eligibility for government rebates or incentives is subject to government terms and conditions.

The Company does not guarantee the availability or approval of any rebates.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the Contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the Company operates.
